Our volunteers are specialized in different areas and most of them are studying full time. therefore they used to work part time in ADIC. Volunteers are the spirit of ADIC. They are most important to the organization. If you want to become an important person join with us.

Bharathi Dharshika Rathnayake

2nd year student of the Library Science degree in Kelani University and working as a Library Assistant in ADIC Library.

Thanuka Weerasekara

At present he is 2nd year student in Jayawardenapura University, faculty of Applied Science. His work is related with the research and statistical analyzing of ADIC Documents and other reports.

Kasun Janasanka Kulathilaka

At present a student of Social science degree in the Open University of Colombo. He’s a Full time volunteer in community development division as a trainer.

Yawanthi Shashikala

She is involved in the community programmes and responsible for prevention programmes in Garment factories.

Nimanthi Liyanage

At present she is involved with the community development work.

Kiruthika Thurairajah

She is qualified in Dip in Law (London School of Economics) and a 2nd year student in LLB (London School of Economics) at Royal Institute. Her assignment is based on International Schools Training Programmes and responsible for Human Resource and Organizational Development programmes

Ravi Karunasiri

Qualified in Diploma in Economics (London School of Economics) and at present a student of the NIBM, specializing in Digital Arts and Web Designing. His assignment is to maintain the ADIC web and responsible for Human Resource and Organizational Development programmes

Imesha Somasiri

At present a 1st year student at the Kelani University, faculty of Arts. Her assignment is based on organizing campaigns among students.

Thilakshi Padmasiri

She is following the Social Work degree at the National Institute of Social Development. Her assignment is on organizing prevention campaigns with NGO's and INGO's.

B.L.A. Malinda Balasooriya

At present, following a course in 3D animation. He’s involved in research data entering and other work related to research.

Ziyard Jaleel

He is an Arachnologist – member of Canadian Archnologist and his assignment is based on Browsing internet for Alcohol tobacco promotions

Kaumadi Gaguli

Following diploma course in The Open University, and she is the contact media personal in ADIC media unit

M.H. Irshad Ahamed

At present he’s following a Master Diploma in Multimedia at CSC and he is being trained for media.

Kushlani Munasinghe

Graduate student in Psychology with honours from University of Delhi. And she’s involved with media work

Asitha Dharshana Fonseka

He is currently following a Degree in Social science at Colombo Open University and LCCI Marketing in Golden Key Institute. He is working as a Plantation programme coordinator, of Lalan Rubber Private limited and Horana Plantation Company.

Mohamed Mazeem Ahamed Imran

He is an instructor of Sri Lanka adventure school and his assignment is based on plantation programmes.

H. M Eranda Susantha

Following a Degree in Social science at the Colombo Open University and also following an Agriculture diploma in Agri School. He is occupied as a Plantation programme coordinator, of Horana Plantation Company, and Lalan Rubber Private Limited and working as a trainer.

Kushan Buddhika Rathnaweera

At present he is a student at National Diploma in Business Finance in Dehiwala Advanced Technological institute, (ATI) and AAT Stage III (Final). He is working as an accounts Clerk at ADIC.

M.S.M. Nazeer

At present he is a student at Polgolla Open University, following Diploma in Social Science and a student in Colombo University following Diploma in Human Rights. His task in ADIC is to involved in plantation sector programmes.

Piyumi Kaushalya

She's a school leaver and had finished her A/L's recently, and involved in plantation sector programmes.

J.M. Rikas

He's a student of Diploma in Human rights at Peradeniya University. He's involved in Plantation Sector and coordinating three Tea Estates.

Pramudha Arumapperuma

He's currently studying in ARENA, following his studies with Multimedia. He's the winner of Digital Stories competition 2007. His task in ADIC is involved in multimedia work such as video editing, video producing and designing.

Sahan Sameera Wanniarachchi

He's currently studying Aircraft Engineering at AAC, Rathmalana. He involved in Educational sector programmes.

Aruni Rashmika

She's a school leaver and finished her A/L's recently and involved in Educational sector programmes.

Thilak Wickrama

He's talented in arts and involved in art works, such as wall paintings, poster paintings, matterial development paintings, cartoon designings...etc
