A happier workforce brings about productivity and increased quality of work. In order to create a happy workforce it is necessary to address issues of alcohol, tobacco and other.

Compared with non users, alcohol and other drug users has three times as many accidents, five times as many health claims, five times as may absences and 30 to 40 percent less productive.

“Whatever trainings introduced to improve productivity becomes futile if it does not address alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Thereby the desired objectives cannot be reached effectively. Hence we would like to introduce our programmes….our progress….for a happier and healthier workforce."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why should you choose our programme?

  • According to our observations many organizations have addressed health issues as a part of their capacity building initiatives. They have least addressed one of the main issues, Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs in detail and professionally. Due to this, they have been unable to achieve the desired objectives effectively. Through an extensive experience of more than fifteen years in the field of drug prevention, ADIC has been able to design strategies on drug prevention.
  • Development of any organization requires the minimum impact of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use.
    • Three of ten workers nationwide are impaired form alcohol and other substance use.
    • Compared with non users, alcohol and other drug users has three times as many accidents, five times as many health claims, five times as may absences and 30 to 40 percent less productive.
    • Functions and skills in the following areas will be affected and impaired by alcohol and drug use, thus obviously reducing the level of work performance.
